Mary C. Curtis
Mary C. Curtis – an award-winning writer and editor based in Charlotte, N.C. – has held positions at The New York Times, the Baltimore Sun, the Associated Press and the Charlotte Observer. A 2006 Nieman Fellow at Harvard, she is a contributor to the Nieman Watchdog blog and her work has appeared in the Washington Post and on NPR and The Root. Her coverage of the 2008 election campaign won a Green Eyeshade Award from the Society of Professional Journalists.
